Long Course Weekend Mallorca
Andy Adamson (full Long Course - 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile cycle and marathon), Alex Rees (2.4 mile swim and 112 mile cycle), Ian Vickery (2.4 mile swim), Ceris Hewlings (56 mile cycle and half marathon) and Donna James (half marathon).
The Activity Wales inaugural event was held in Alcudia in the northern part of the island of Mallorca over the weekend of November 3, 4 and 5.
A good number from Pembrokeshire travelled over for the event along with their supporters and all agreed it was a great success - well done to all.
On Friday, the swim was held in the beautiful waters of the Bay of Alcudia. Saturday, the attention turned to the cycle, which was a two-lap course riding south along the coast road to Can Picafort, turning inland through lush undulating countryside to Ariany, Sineu, Llubi, Muro and Sa Pobla.
The marathon finished off the weekend and was a 4.5 lap course around the town and coastline of Alcudia. Those running shorter distances got the chance to compete with LCW athletes, as all ran the same course.
