Three young Pembrokeshire swimmers represented Wales at a recent international swimming competition in Switzerland.
Jordan Harding and Kelsey Williams from Haverfordwest Seals - along with Ffion Davies from Tenby Dolphins - travelled to Bellinzona for the three-day Meeting Internationale Del Castello.
They were part of the 22-strong Swim Wales regional squad, which came home with 19 medals, including seven gold, four silver and eight bronze.
Jordan won gold in the 50m,100m and 200m backstroke and also broke the meet record in the 100m backstroke.
Kelsey won silver in the 100m breaststroke and took bronze in the 400m IM, 50m breaststroke and 200m breaststroke, while Ffion made it through the 200m butterfly finals.
All three are members of the Pembrokeshire county swimming squad and train at Haverfordwest Leisure Centre with Paul Dowey, Pembrokeshire County Council's swimming development coach.
"This was a great experience for the swimmers. They had to compete against a relatively unknown opposition and test their skills," he said.
"The competition was of a high standard and held in an outdoor 50-metre pool - the first time they had competed in such a setting!
The water was cold and, as well as their rivals, they also had to contend with wind and leaves and grass in the water!
"All in all it was quite an experience!"
