A Pembrokeshire swimming club has been praised for its work with disabled youngsters.
The Pembrokeshire Puffins swimming club has been awarded the insport Ribbon award.
Run by Disability Sport Wales, the insport award programme supports local authorities, clubs and sport governing bodies to provide sporting opportunities for disabled people.
The four stage programme includes four levels of achievement - Ribbon, Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Pembrokeshire Puffins has 23 members who meet every Sunday at Pembroke Leisure Centre from 3 to 5pm.
Angela Miles, disability sports officer for Sport Pembrokeshire - Pembrokeshire County Council's sports development service - said she was delighted to present Pembrokeshire Puffins with their award.
"Not only have they won this award, but the club is now working towards achieving a Bronze award," she said.
