St. Clears faced a tough challenge away at Neyland on Saturday, yet they produced one of their best performances to date in defeating the home side 2-0.
The result, their third win of the season, places them in a comfortable mid-table position six points above the bottom two as the campaign heads into the all-important mid-season stage.
Danny Peters grabbed the first for the Saints, with Steve Thomas adding the other to secure the win against a difficult side.
The points were shared at Johnston as Tenby held the Tigers to a 1-1 draw. The result was a good one for the Seasiders as they caused the current West Wales and Pembrokeshire Cup holders a few problems throughout the afternoon, which culminated in Sam Christopher scoring their only goal.

Carew entertained Johnston seconds, but lost 3-2 against the visitors. Iwan Izzard continued his fine record in front of goal by netting one, while Shaun Whitfield scored the other in a pulsating clash.
Torture was the name of the game for Narberth seconds as they lost in their quest for division three cup glory in the first round.
They may have drawn 2-2 after extra-time against Merlins Bridge's seconds , but lost out 4-2 on penalties to bomb out at the first stage.
While Narberth were playing their first round clash, Tenby seconds were making their way into the semi-finals as they beat Hubberston 7-2.

Richard Tebbutt completed a brace to add to the home team's agony, while Dan Escott and Johnny Goodrick completed the rout.
Lawrenny are also through to the semis as they beat Manorbier United 3-1 away from home.
In division four, Pendine were without a game after their home clash against West Dragons was postponed, while Simon Bancroft's strike for St. Clears' seconds was not enough to help them over the line against Monkton Swifts' reserves as they lost 4-1.
Carew seconds were in fine form at home to Prendergast Villa after demolishing the visitors 7-0.
Kris Stone led the way with a brace, before Johnny Harries, Rhys Winter, Sam Goodwin, Mark Davies and Chris Tooze added insult to Villa's injury.
At St. Florence, Saundersfoot Sports' seconds won the derby 2-1.
The third team at Carew couldn't replicate the seconds' feat, however, as they lost 3-1 at Herbrandston, with Matthew Phillips scoring their only goal
Kilgetty seconds lost 3-0 at Lawrenny after Dean Morris scored twice and Sam Ellis once, while it was better news for Narberth thirds as they won 3-0 at home to Angle thanks to goals from Jordan Howell and a Gavin Jones brace.
