Snow melt, torrential rain, strong winds and just about everything else the weather could throw at Pembrokeshire put paid to a number of games which had to be called off yet again last weekend, although some teams were able to get a match under their belts.
Surprisingly, one of these teams was Pendine who finally managed to play after a series of postponements ensured that this was only their ninth game of the season.
For a side that has played so little, they managed to string a result together as they came away from Milford Athletic with a 2-0 victory to their name. The result means they climb off the bottom rung of division four after securing their fifth win of the campaign.
Saundersfoot Sports hosted Neyland and sent the Nomads packing after a 5-1 win.
The Sports were in imperious form and none more so than Geoff Marsh, who bagged a brace, alongside goals from Richard Cope, Jake Marsh and Chris Millward.
The result propelled the home side into second spot in the league, still nine points adrift of leaders Hakin United, who have played one game less than the Seasiders.
In division two, it was bottom v second from bottom as Carew hosted Lamphey, who must surely be favourites for relegation after the 4-2 defeat.
Carew's win, just their third of the season, allows them to leapfrog Letterston into relative safety as an own goal set the ball rolling, before Steffan Jenkins did the rest by scoring an heroic hat-trick to seal an emphatic and much-needed win.
St. Clears travelled to Goodwick and came away with the points after an excellent 5-3 win against the home team's seconds.
Nick Squire, Ynyr James and Ian Derbyshire all scored for the visitors alongside Sean Seymour-Davies, who finished the game with a brace.
Elsewhere, both Kilgetty teams had postponements, as did Narberth firsts and St. Clears seconds.
Lawrenny entertained Manorbier United in the quarter-final of the division three cup and secured a semi-final berth as they trounced the visitors 8-1.
Having played five league games fewer than United, Lawrenny were the fresher team as they appeared to score goals for fun.
Joe Kidney, Owen Jenkins and Ben James all scored twice for the home side, before Ian Jenkins and Dean Morris got in on the act for what was one of the biggest wins of the day.
In division three, Narberth seconds got a game in at Jesse Road, although they went down 6-3 against Merlins Bridge seconds. The Wizards' reserves are notorious for producing inconsistent teams (sometimes unable to field any at all), yet last weekend proved to be one of their better sides as they swept the Bluebirds away.
Ryan Williams, Tony Evans and Callum O'Connell all found the back of the net for the home team, but to no avail as they went down to their sixth defeat of the season.
St. Florence travelled to the narrow confines of Herbrandston and probably wished they hadn't after suffering a 5-2 loss.
Adrian Taylor and Jack Beynon both scored for the visitors, but defensive frailties against a good attacking side cost them on the day.
Carew seconds made it a good day for the club with a 1-0 win over Neyland seconds, while Lawrenny seconds travelled to Fishguard and came away with nothing following a 3-1 defeat.
Finally, Manorbier United seconds' winning streak came to an end after they lost 4-1 at home to West Dragons, with Wesley Griffiths scoring their only goal.
