Narberth produced a spirited performance away at Merlins Bridge to secure a draw with the Wizards.

The Bluebirds gained a share of the points following a 2-2 draw which resulted in the home side slipping beneath them in the table. Before the game, the home side were the front runners in the league, having lost just once, but following this result, they have dropped down to fourth.

Sean Pemberton and Kyle Quartermaine were the men to secure a share of the spoils for the visitors, which was their third draw of the season.

The re-arranged fixture between Saundersfoot Sports and Tenby in the Senior Cup was eventually played, with the result going against the recent form book.

This season hasn't been the best for Tenby compared with recent years, yet they belied their lowly league position to dump the home side out of the cup after winning 3-2.

Dan Bates and Nick Cope scored for the home team, but goals by Gareth Warlow, Jerome Mansbridge and Sam Christopher ensured the Seasiders made it through to the next round.

The first round of the Second Division Cup got under way, although Kilgetty were unable to take to the field as their game with Prendergast Villa was postponed. St. Clears played, however, and they were drawn away at West Dragons, a tricky tie against the leaders of the second division.

The Saints went marching home and onwards to the next round after they won 2-1, with Eddie Wiggins scoring the first and Nathan Evans the winner.

In division three, Narberth seconds entertained Johnston seconds and sent the Tigers packing following a 4-2 win.

Callum O'Connell scored first for the home side, before Ryan Williams got in on the act, but it was Tony Evans who was the star of the show as he scored twice to ensure the points stayed in Narberth.

Manorbier United almost pulled off a good win as they narrowly went down to Hakin United despite having home advantage.

The home team coped admirably with the visitors' physical style of play and, although Sam Reeve ended with a brace, with James Williams scoring the other, they eventually lost out 4-3.

Tenby seconds hosted Fishguard Sports, but the visitors were too strong on the day as they eased home to a 6-1 victory.

Carew seconds went down to their sixth defeat of the season after they were thumped at home against St. Ishmaels' seconds. The home team lost 5-0 against the high-flying visitors, who showed everyone why they are sitting at the top of the fourth division.

Saundersfoot Sports' seconds travelled to Prendergast Villa and came away with a 4-2 defeat. Phil Horsley and Joe Farrell both scored for the Sports, but their efforts were not enough on the day.

St. Florence secured their first draw of the season after a 1-1 result at home to Milford Athletic seconds. George Williams scored the goal for the home side.

In division five, St. Clears ensured the double was done on West Dragons after they too won 2-1. Aled Snelling and Parry John were the men to score for the home side.

Not such a good day for Kilgetty seconds, however, as their game away in Solva ended in a 5-3 defeat.

Manorbier United's second team travelled to Camrose and lost 3-2, with James Hall scoring both goals for the visitors, while Lawrenny seconds had a day to remember after they thrashed Cosheston Cougars 5-1.

Mike Howe was in fine form as he finished with a brace, as did Rhys Jenkins, while Chris Beff scored the other goal in a one-sided win.

Meanwhile, Pendine are out of his year's Tony Nakonecznyj Insurance Brokers WWFA Intermediate Cup after losing 7-1 to Goodwick United.
