Sauterelle Trampoline Club had a great time at the recent January Welsh Trampoline Grades event held at Sport Wales, National Centre, Cardiff, where clubs from all over Wales were represented.

Individual champions were: Seren Cheriton Mason ( Reg 1) who did so well in her first ever competition, Cody Davies (Reg 2), Emily Nelson (Reg 3) and Oliver Thomas (NDP 2).

Evie Netherwood also performed well to finish in an individual third place.

Ayisha Choudry and Oliver Thomas qualified to the regional team event.

The team of Evie Netherwood Alex Anekore, Amber Oakley and Laura Edwards scored highest and won the gold medal.

Amy Compton and Bethan Duckett came away with the synchro trophy for NDP 3.

There were also some other good placings in the top 10.

With the sister club also gaining five other individual winners, qualifiers teams and synchro it made for a great day.

Senior club coach Barbara Digby North was very pleased with the results and the time the children had spent on practising their routines.

The club holds sessions at Tenby Leisure Centre and also Carmarthen. Bounce for fun and fitness or train for awards and competition. Beginners welcome. A few spaces still available. Please contact the club on 07952584240.
