The bowling club was filled to capacity last week for the annual quiz night.

Presented by question master Dennis Reed and ably assisted by Graham and Alwen Hughes, over 20 teams competed, with the eventual winners by one point, being 'Paddy's Clan' who consisted of Paul, Kathleen and Kathryn Blayney, together with Paul Evans, who generously donated their £30 prize to club funds.

Over £400 was raised and thanks must go not only to Dennis, Graham and Alwen, but also club treasurer Mike Ashbridge for providing liquid refreshments, Viv Edwards for collecting monies and selling raffle tickets, those who donated raffle prizes and Station Garage Kilgetty for their sponsorship.

Men's Meeting

There will be a meeting of the male members of the club next Wednesday, February 19, at 6 pm, to discuss items for the forthcoming outdoor season.

A good attendance would be appreciated.
