The next match is the '12-hour sponsored match' in aid of Wales Air Ambulance, which will take place from 9 pm on Saturday, August 18, to 9 am the following day.

Competitors are asked to sign on by 8 pm at Kilgetty Information Centre.

The weigh-in and breakfast will be at Sandyhill Cafe at 10 am.

The match will be sponsored by Matthew and Sophie Evans, of Coastal Cottages, of Pembrokeshire and Activity Wales.
