Well done to best friends Fraser Jones and Macs Page who hail from Narberth who put on the Welsh shirt for the Wales under 20s development team on Saturday at the Scotstoun Stadium home of the Glasgow Warriors.

Both played football for Narberth AFC as teenagers but switched to rugby whilst still at school.

Fraser has previously played for Narberth RFC Otters and is currently playing for Cardiff RFC, whilst Mac has played for Crymych RFC and is currently at the Scarlets.

It was a close match final but the duo were delighted that Wales won through in the end, defeating Scotland 46 - 53.

With Fraser at 10 and Macs at 12, fingers crossed that the pair will win full Welsh under 20 caps and full call-ups early next year for the Six Nations tournament.
