Pembrokeshire’s Sean Bowen will be crowned ‘Champion Jockey’ for the second year running this weekend.
Born and raised in Wales, Bowen is now based in Bath and recently partook in a photoshoot in his hometown before he celebrates claiming the Champion Jockey title at Sandown Park Racecourse on Saturday, April 25.
At just 28, the Welsh jockey has not only secured the Champion Jockey title for the second consecutive year but has done so in style.

This season saw him surpass his own personal best of 180 winners and break through the remarkable milestone of 200 winners in a season, cementing his place as one of the most dominant and consistent figures in modern racing.
The two-time Champion has been likened to sporting legend Sir A. P McCoy who was 22-time Champion Jockey for his relentless winning streaks and dominance on the track.
If he is not on a racecourse, Bowen can be found in the gym and is admired by his weighing room colleagues for his strength and resilience.
On a rare day away from racing Bowen enjoys visiting Bath with his wife, Harriet.
