Narberth and Whitland have an enforced break of two weeks from league rugby, with both teams out of the Swalec Welsh Cup and another blank Saturday the following week, as the international match between Ireland and Wales in Dublin takes pride of place.

The players will have to wait until Saturday, February 11, for their next fixtures in Division One West, with Narberth away to Ammanford and Whitland at home to Tondu.

To keep the Narberth squad match fit, director of rugby Jonathan Dodd has arranged a friendly fixture away to Kenfig Hill.

In the first round of the Carmarthen Tyre Services Cup, Narberth Athletic are away to Bonymaen.

Whitland Wanderers have already reached the quarter-finals of the competition.
