Last Monday saw the last 16 and quarter-finals of the Scotch doubles knockout played in four venues, with one pair from each progressing to the semi-finals.

They were: Will Gardner and Matt Fry (Three Mariners); Arron Roberts and Dickie Parcell (SSSC); Marc Thomas and Tom James (Wisemans Bridge Inn); Adam Joseph and Mike Dobbs (Wisemans Bridge Inn).

Well done to all of these players. The draw for the semi-finals will take place at the next meeting at the Hazelwell Club this Sunday, February 2, at 7 pm.

A reminder to all teams, the Captains Cup knockout is also this Sunday, starting at 8 pm prompt, with again one winner per venue - please ring the secretary with results!
