The Quins rattled up no less than 10 tries in this grossly one-sided encounter at Bierspool on Saturday and also managed to keep a clean sheet for the second home game in a row.
The Quins were on the scoresheet after just five minutes when flanker Kevin Bratcher crashed his way over for a try that was converted by Neil Brace to put the home side in front.
The strong running of centre Lee Scourfield, the elusive running of scrum-half Adam Cawley, plus the power of Bratcher, was causing no end of problems for the visitors, and the tries just flowed in at regular intervals.
Paul Jonkers, Dean Lawrence, Lee Scourfield and Adam Cawley all touched down before the interval to secure the early bonus point, while Brace converted three of the tries to send the Quins in 33-0 up at the break.
The tries kept flowing in the second half and it was not long before Lawrence was sauntering under the posts for his second try of the match, which was once again converted by Brace to bring up 40 points for the Quins.
Sam Irwin, Jonkers, Cawley and Scourfield added four more tries, with Brace converting two more to end up with seven successful conversions in total.
The Quins have two more home games left, with the visits of St. Davids and Nantgaredig, who still have an outside chance of winning the league, providing Fishguard, in the unlikely event, slip-up.
