Cup holders Haverfordwest retained the Tony Pidgeon Ormond Youth Cup with a 104 runs win over Carew in the final played at the Carew ground.
The game was won and lost in the first innings after Harfat scored 132-9, with the main contributions coming from Archie Thomas with 35, supported by man-of-the-match Kieran O’Connor with 23.
Carl Thomas took 4-19 for Carew and Rhys Grigg 2-28.
Carew suffered a big blow when Max Brindley fell to the first ball of the innings and were 19-6 at one time.
Harry Cook held the innings together with 23no and led the recovery, before the innings closed on total of 62-7. Jonathan White, Kieran O’Connor and Lewis Rhead each took two wickets.
Better bowling by Carew contained Harfat to 114-8 in the second innings. Middle order batsman Jack Evans scored 44no and Jack Merry 26.
Iori Hicks made an impact with 3-10 and Harry Cook took 2-29.
With the Town having a first innings lead of 70, Carew faced an uphill task to pull the game out of the fire and reached 80-9, with Dan Rossi, Carl Thomas and Fin Bowie each scoring 14.
Left arm paceman Jonathan White took 3-12 and Kieran O’Connor 2-10.
