St. Florence Girls ended the season on a high last weekend, playing a Pembrokeshire league tournament in Camrose.

The Under 8s enjoyed playing against teams across Pembrokeshire.

The Under 10s were undefeated in the five games they played and the Under 12s and 14s both managed to get to the finals in their age groups.

Despite playing amazingly well and working well as a team, the Under 14s were unable to beat Fishguard in their final, which ended 4-2.

The Under 12s faced Narberth in their final. They gave it their all and ended the game with a well-deserved win, with the score being 4-1.

We are very proud of the girls in all ages. It’s been a great first season for the St. Florence teams. A huge thank you goes out to the volunteers who give up their time each week, Anne-marie Allen, Gareth Dewhurst, Carrie Slack and Geraint Jones.
