Kilgetty’s Liam Cullen has been called up for Wales’ squad for his country’s upcoming European Championship qualifiers, after showing fine form this season for Swansea City.

The Kilgetty product has seven goals to his name this term, the most recent of which came in Sunday’s 2-0 home win against Bristol City.

Wales travel to face Croatia in their opening qualifier for Euro 2024 on Saturday (March 25), before hosting Latvia at Cardiff City Stadium on the following Tuesday.

Cullen has been called up by Dragons boss Rob Page for first senior Wales selection, after a fine run of form since breaking into the Swansea starting line-up in December. He joins fellow Swans Ollie Cooper and Ben Cabango in the squad.
