Two of Tenby’s top junior soccer teams, the Harbour Hurricanes (in Liverpool red) and the Dynamos (in West Ham claret and Blue), whose members were all under 14, drew 2-2 when they played each other on the “immaculate ground” of the School of Artillery in Manorbier in February 1971. The pitch was to become the Dynamos’ home ground.
