Congratulations to Ceri Thomas, of Manorbier, who at 17-years-old, will become the youngest gunner to enlist in the RAF.
Ceri has trained in Honnington, Bury St. Edmunds, and will be based in Lossimouth, Scotland, from December.
Mrs. Thomas, Ceri's mother, spoke of his achievement.
"Everyone's very proud of him and wishes him good luck, especially his sisters Megan and Katie and mum and dad."
