Yorkshire Building Society is celebrating decades of loyalty by thanking some of its longest-serving customers and colleagues. Members who have saved with the Society for more than 60 years are among those being recognised, as well as a colleague who has worked in the Society’s Tenby branch for almost 50 years.

To thank them for being part of the Society's story for generations, Yorkshire Building Society has sent 50 bespoke hampers to some of its longest-standing and most loyal members across the UK, as well as its 15 longest-serving colleagues. The celebrations have also extended into branches, where customers have been invited in for special events giving them the chance to capture memories with the branch teams.

The celebrations also shine a light on colleagues whose commitment spans decades. One of those recognised is Roz Oak, a Customer Consultant in the Society's Tenby branch located in Tudor Square whose career with Yorkshire Building Society stretches almost 50 years.

Roz said: "One of the most rewarding parts of my role has been seeing generations of the same families come through our doors. Over the years I've helped parents save for their children, and then welcomed those children back as adults opening accounts of their own.

“Those relationships are what make Yorkshire Building Society special and I'm incredibly proud to have been part of that journey for almost 50 years."
