A woman caught running ecstasy into Tenby has been warned to expect a jail sentence.
The warning to Katrina Dix, 30, came after a jury at Swansea Crown Court convicted her of possessing 176 tablets with intent to supply.
The jury heard how a police officer stopped Dix's Nissan on the A40 near St. Clears.
She was banned from driving and her boyfriend Gavin Johnston was at the wheel.
The officer found a Nintendo computer games bag on the floor by the passenger seat and inside were bags containing a total of 176 tablets.
The officer told Dix he thought they were ecstasy, to which she replied: "Yes, I've been stupid. I've been going through a rough patch."
Dix, from Newport in Gwent, admitted possessing the drugs, but denied she would have sold any of them - adding that dealers 'make my blood boil.' She said she was heading for Saundersfoot to spend the evening with a cousin.
Dix told the court she bought the batch of tablets only for herself.
They were in the car, she claimed, because she had no home at the time and lived inside the vehicle. But, cross examined by David Lindsey, prosecuting, she admitted she was new to ecstasy and that in the six to eight weeks before her arrest she had taken about six tablets.
At that rate, pointed out Mr. Lindsey, she was carrying more than three years supply.
Mr. Lindsey accused her of being on a drugs trip to the Tenby area with the intention of off loading the tablets in pubs and clubs.
The jury returned a unanimous guilty verdict. The judge, Mr. Justice Roderick Evans, said he would sentence Dix after probation officers had prepared a report into her background. He granted her bail meanwhile, but warned her she faced a jail sentence.
