Tenby Coastguard Rescue Team with South Pembs. sector manager and Helimed 57, evacuated a 62-year-old woman from Amroth Beach last Thursday morning.

The woman had sustained a leg injury after falling on rocks. She was evacuated to Withybush General Hospital for treatment.
