THE National Federation of Women's Institutes- Wales's 84th Annual Conference will be held at Tenby Leisure Centre on April 16, between 10.45 am and 4 pm. The theme of the conference is 'Sea Shores'. Attended by over 700 members from across Wales, the conference will be addressed by the following diverse speakers: Trevor Fishlock - author, journalist and broadcaster; Jenny Ogwen - radio and television presenter; Julian Cremona - head of Dale Fort Field Centre; Aleathia Mann - NFWI honorary treasurer; and Cathy Owens - programme director, Amnesty International Wales. Eve of conference entertainment will include a variety performance of 'Words, Song and Dance' featuring members from Pembrokeshire Federation of WIs and Tenby Male Voice Choir. The entertainment will be held at Tenby Leisure Centre and will begin at 7.45 pm. Tickets are priced at £5.
