Network Rail will be renewing the track between Whitland Junction and Pembroke Dock as part of its commitment to maintaining a safe and reliable railway.
To install the new track, the line between Whitland Junction and Pembroke Dock will be closed from Monday, March 16 to Friday, March 20 with buses replacing trains.
A spokesperson for Network Rail said: “During this time, we’ll also be carrying out some work on our land, including vegetation maintenance, fencing repairs, level crossing maintenance and earthwork examinations.
“We’re advising passengers to check before they travel and allow extra time for travel due to extended journey times at: https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/status-and-disruptions/
“Thank you for your understanding and patience. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.”
