A lively and inspiring talk was presented last week to members and guests of three local professional institutes, The Chartered Management Institute, Women in Management and the Institute of Marketing. The academy restaurant at the Pembrokeshire College was the venue and guest speaker, Heather  Gorringe, had travelled from Hereford to share her story of entrepreneurship with fellow enthusiasts. Now a company with a worldwide market for its 900 products, Heather described the humble beginnings, understanding worms and composting, the many set-backs and the grasp of new technology that had all shaped the company through the years. Full of humour and insight, this was another enjoyable   evening run by CMI and WiM as part of their winter programme. Each evening is free and open to all.
