Whitland U7s 5 tries Tenby 4

 

In a close fought game, it was Whitland who came out on top.

The score was two-all at half-time, with Whitland's tries coming from Steffan Lee and Tristan Rees.  

Having not played for nine weeks due to the weather, the Whitland game picked up in the second half with further tries from Jamie Thomas (2) and Tom Williams.

Well done to all the boys who played. Man-of-the -match was awarded to Harry Worthing.

Whitland U8s 8 tries Tenby 5

Having not played since November 23, Whitland were just glad to have a game, and what an excellent performance they put in, against a good Tenby team, with every player on the pitch doing his bit.

Whitland were ahead at the break three tries to two, with scores coming from Josh Davies, William Rees and Steven Pilot.

Whitland played the second halfat more pace, scoring a further five tries through Tristan Rees, Josh Davies, Steven Pilot, Iwan Morgans and William Rees.

Well done to all the team on doing the double over Tenby.

Man-of-the-matc was Tomi Williams.

Whitland U9s 9 tries Tenby 0

On a cold and breezy morning, Whitland Under 9s were warming up ready for a match against Tenby.

After a short time, Whitland began to dominate the first half, with the first try scored by Sebastian Howells.

There was some excellent playing from all the team, with the next two tries being scored by Che Thomas, who had a clear run from the halfway line. James Thomas scored the last try in the first half.

The second half was played with the same determination from the boys. Che and James grabbed another two tries each and then, after an amazing side-stepping run, Lewis Driscoll scored his first try of the season.

 

Whitland U10s 6

Tenby 6

Having not had a game for so long, the Whitland Under 10s were very disappointed when the Under 10s from Tenby did not turn up to play.

However, the Tenby Under 11s gallantly offered to give them a game after they had played their own game.

It was a hard fought match and finished in a draw, with tries being scored by Daniel Evans and Morgan Short.

It was a great experience for the Under 10s, who would like to say a big thank you to the Tenby Under 11s.

Man-of-the-match was awarded to Gino Setaro.
