On February 20, the Pembroke Millponds Education Project will be holding a wildlife event at Foundry House in Pembroke, starting at 6.30 pm. The event will feature footage captured from the camera network with commentary from a local wildlife expert, talks and the winner of the photo competition will be announced.

The event is free and is suitable for all the family. There will also be light refreshments available.

Education officer Bethan Lloyd said: "This event will be really exciting, bringing together people with an interest in local wildlife to find out what wildlife might be hiding in their back garden! It will be perfect for getting people involved with their local wildlife, both seasoned wildlife enthusiasts and anyone who wants to learn. It's going to be a fantastic opportunity to show off all the amazing entries to the photo competition that we're running and to announce the winner!

This event is part of a wider education project run by Pembroke 21C Community Association, focused on Pembroke Millponds and Holyland Wood. Keep an eye out for other exciting activities being run through the project.

The project is supported by funding from Natural Resources Wales, Gwir Vol and from the Port of Milford Haven.
