Sir, Re: A Tenby Observer letter dated April 13, 'Allotment holders not happy'. It would sadden many residents in Tenby and particularly those living along the Norton and North Beach side of the town, if the St. John's Road Allotment was re-located to Bryn Hir. Apart from the convenience of having an allotment so conveniently situated in Tenby, easily accessible and in walking distance for most local gardeners, it is lovely to have this open garden area in such a built-up town. If this space is claimed back by the PCC, what are their plans for it? We have enough flat developments happening in Tenby at the moment, with the Magistrates Court and adjoining building being converted into flats in The Norton and also in Upper Frog Street. It would be a crying shame if the existing St. John's Allotment was turned into yet another building site. Please PCC, let us know what your intentions are and plans for this site. Penny Evans,

Norton Cottages, Tenby.
