Through the pages of your newspaper, which is read by many in the Pembroke area, I would like to congratulate Pembroke Town Council on the wonderful display of flowers installed in our town this summer.
For some time, we have been lacking floral enhancement during the summer months, but alas for the past two summer seasons Pembroke Town Council has addressed this situation and has been improving greatly each year.
Pembroke is a tourist attraction, with many visitors coming to view our grand castle and surrounding coastal areas, so it is important that visitors leave with a good impression.
Well done Pembroke Town Council - continue on with the good work, I am sure it will reap rewards.
