A double CD of the successful Voices in the Castle Concert in the summer is now available. This major fund-raising event, held in the historic setting of Pembroke Castle, raised the magnificent sum of £5,800 for the Shalom House Trust and the cheque was presented at the recent opening of Shalom House by concert organiser Heather Phippen. Compere at the concert was BBC Wales radio and TV presenter Chris Needs and also taking part were the Haverfordwest and Neyland Ladies Choirs, the Pembroke and Haverfordwest Male Voice Choirs, mezzo soprano Joy Cornock, duettists Lilwen McAllister and Gwenda Morgan, and harpist Carys Evans. Providing musical direction and accompaniment were Chris Lloyd, Jenny Griffiths, Lyn Kelleher, Rick Lawrence, Nancy Mann, Gwyn Griffiths, Gerald Nicholas and Wendy Lewis.
