Members of the Tenby Visually Impaired People Group met at the Avenue Centre on Tuesday for their February meeting.

Following welcome refreshments served by ladies from Tenby Inner Wheel, members were entertained by Newman and Trevena Vincent, who read two very amusing passages, one by W. S. Gilbert and excerpts from the Return Journey by Dylan Thomas.

Although the attendance was very small this month, just six members plus rehabilitation officer, Lucie Fowler, and project worker, Rebecca Thomas, there was lots of laughter and much appreciation of the entertainment so expertly read.

Lucky raffle winners this month were Eva Rich and Gladys Phillips, and Saundersfoot Rotary Club and the PBS minibus then took everyone home.

The next meeting will be on Tuesday, March 11, and if any visually impaired person would like to join the group, please contact the secretary, Margaret Walker, on 843464.
