Tenby Junior School's football team recently took part in the Pembrokeshire Urdd Tournament and enjoyed a highly successful competition.
Our first game was against Goodwick (writes William Hughes). We thought they would be a tough side, but we beat them 2-0.
Then we had to play St. Dogmaels; they were a good side and we won 3-0.
After St. Dogmaels, we faced the unbeaten Mary Immaculate team. We played really well and we had some good chances, but we drew 0-0.
Our fourth and final game was against Wiston. At half-time we had scored the same amount of goals as Mary Immaculate, then in the second half we scored three more goals and we won 4-0.
This game ensured that we were through to the Welsh finals on April 27.
