I can’t be the only one experiencing dozens of scam calls daily purporting to be from BT and supposedly relating to internet issues.

In the light of arrests made relating to Microsoft scam calls, surely vulnerable people need to be alerted to the risk.

Each time I get a call the number is different and the caller speaks with an Asian accent

When I reply that BT only phone from 0800 numbers and threaten to expose them to the police, the calls lessen for a while, but even though I have a block on nuisance calls, these seem to still get through.

Maybe your through your newspaper we could alert people to this problem and stop this unnecessary intrusion into our private lives!
