Young people have been trying to buy alcohol from premises in Pembroke Dock as part of a partnership operation.
On Friday, November 13, a Safer Pembrokeshire Intelligence Led Test Purchase Operation was held in Pembroke Dock and Tenby, with two 15-year-old girls.
Of four premises visited, only one sold alcohol to the girls. The bar staff member has been issued with a fixed penalty notice for £80 and the premises will be looked at by licensing officers.
Sergeant Fintan Godkin said: "Underage drinking is the cause of a lot of anti-social behaviour in our area and we will continue to ensure that licensed premises are responsible."
