In relation to the ongoing investigation of a serious sexual assault upon a female which is alleged to have taken place at a path called Morgan's Way in Main Street, Pembroke, during the early hours of Sunday, two male persons (aged 23 and 29) and from the Birmingham and Pembroke areas have now been charged with allegations of joint rape and attempted joint rape of a 44-year-old woman.
They were due to appear at Haverfordwest Magistrates' Court yesterday (Thursday).
Police are still seeking witnesses who are known to have been present in the Main Street and in the vicinity of the path at Morgan's Way between 2 and 2.30 am on Sunday to come forward.
They should contact the police on 0845 330 2000 and ask for Pembroke Dock Police Station.
