TROTS launched themselves into 2011 with a successful run on Sunday at the team pursuit held in Crymych.
The women's team reclaimed their first place shield. The team was Anne Thomas, Mary Bowen-Rees, Lindy Eynon, Claire Cleathero and Mel Watson.
The men's team, comprising of Mike Evans, Adam Roberts, Tim John, Dean John and Kevin Griffiths, came second to Sarn Helen.
Other club members, Pauline Thomas, Penny Rees, Helen Williams, Mike Hodges and Dave Griffiths, made up a third team which came 16th out of the 19 teams running.
Earlier in the month, Lindy Eynon was awarded second place in the inter-club championships. This was announced after the Ras y Mast race in which Megan Thomas came first in the female 'open' category and Martin Davies and Mike Hodges also ran. Dewi Jones completed the course in the mountain bike race.
TROTs will hold their annual dinner tomorrow (Saturday) and places are still available.
