Anna Hubbard appears to be in top form at the moment, playing a blinder in the Bush House pairs, winning the Mid Week Medal and Sunday Swingers.
Unfortunately, myself and Nick Johns have to face her and Keith in the next round of the Bush House pairs, methinks we will put that game off for a week or two to give the golf gods time to pull the rug from under her feet as is the norm when you are riding high.
Results: Tuesday's Mid Week Medal - 1. Anna Hubbard nett 81; 2. Jane Richards 82; 3. Eunice Parkes 84. Sunday Swingers - 1. Anna Hubbard 37 pts
Men's Section
A poor turnout on Wednesday for the nine-hole roll-up meant that the winner, Meurig Evans (22 pts), just about won enough beer vouchers to buy all his friends a drink. Well that's Brian sorted then!
Results: Tuesday's Mid Week Medal - 1. Elliot Scotcher nett 71; 2. Ben Price 72 after countback; 3. Roger Cryer 72.
Sunday Swingers: stableford winner - Keith Hubbard 39 pts; Swingers winner - Adam Thorne 38.

St. Davids could only raise a team of 12, so eight Trefloyne players had to be given the day off, no doubt putting in some practice. A showery day was forecast, but only a few spots fell on the course (writes J.J.).
Leading the tee-off were Trevor Lewis and Jack Zeraschi against Jeff Davies and Peter Bellan. From the conversation in the 19th, the four had a very hilarious round; the golf took second place and the game ended with a 3 and 1 win for Trevor and Jack.
They were followed by Darrell Jones and Glyn Latcham taking on Luke Lewis and Dave Gerlach. Darrell had been worried about his form of late, but it returned this day and with Glyn also playing well, the visitors could not cope with the onslaught, losing by 6 and 5.
Next pair were John James and Steve Scanlon versus Steve Jarvis and Jeff Jenkins. After five holes, John and Steve were four to the good and their opponents expecting an early shower.
However, the tables turned at the ninth and by the 18th the lead was only one. Despite having a shot, Steve Jarvis failed to make use of it and Jeff too had mishaps, giving John and Steve a 2 up win.
Teeing off the 10th were Graham Harrison and Wayne Connett against Jim Griffiths and Dave Roberts. This was a very close game, both pairs playing well and a draw was a fitting result.
Following them were Pat Casement and Derek Jones vying with Ken Davies and Fred Woodward. Ken and Fred could not compete against the big hitting from the home pair and the game finished early at 6 and 5 to Pat and Derek.
Last away, Terry Harvey and Stuart Mills took on Dave Heighway and Stan Millet. Another close game, with Terry and Stuart holding onto a slender lead, eventually winning 2 and 1.
The final result was a comfortable 5.5 -.5 win for Trefloyne.
