Pembroke councillor Aden Brinn, who has recently been made an honorary member of the Welsh Guards, welcomed Lt. Col. Mark Purves and RSM Mick Taylor from the 14th Regiment Royal Corps of Signals, stationed at Cawdor Barracks, Brawdy, to the Town Hall, Pembroke, where, on behalf of the Mayor of Pembroke, he presented a mayoral plaque in recognition of the service they have given to the community of Pembroke.
Clr. Brinn gave a tour of the Town Hall, including the museum which has recently re-opened and the murals depicting the history of the town.
He gave a vote of appreciation from the people of Pembroke for the service Her Majesty's Armed Forces provide.
