Do you have any surplus top soil? If so, a residents group in Tenby would like to have it for a new garden area they are creating.

Members of the AJH Residents Association - Augustus Place, Jones Terrace and Hamilton Court - have got together to spruce up a previously derelict piece of land in th neighbourhood.

A group of Pembrokeshire College students have kindly helped them clear it of weeds and laid black lining.

However, before the association can plant their shrubs, the need around six or seven tonnes of top soil.

"We would be grateful to hear from anyone who has top soil surplus to their requirements," said one of the association members Mrs. Maureen Ward.

"This is a real community effort and it would be lovely if anyone has some they can deliver to us."
