Three people were taken to hospital - one by air ambulance - following a four-vehicle collision on the A40 at Robeston Wathen on Friday afternoon.
Three light goods vehicles and a private motor vehicle were involved in the accident at 2.44 pm.
All persons involved were released prior to the arrival of firefighters from Narberth.
One casualty was taken to hospital by air ambulance, while another two were taken by land ambulance.
Firefighters were involved in making the vehicle safe and clearing the roadway.
