I wonder how many more dangerous, diseased trees there are posing such a threat to life and limb in the area?

With regards the wind scattered refuse bins and (weighted) bags being blown from Tudor Way into Heywood Lane, could the wise and efficient councillors have the wind blown, exposed grass corner fenced or blocked off?

Perhaps at the same time as they are reclaiming the parking bays from 30 years of hedge growth and neglect!
