"Twinning is a wonderful opportunity for us to learn about each other's cultures and languages," said Clr. Brinn, who is chairman of the Pembroke Dock and Pembroke Joint Twinning and Tourism Committee.
"It enables exchanges of education, culture and sport as well as developing stronger links in promoting European kinship and fostering good relations with our European neighbours."
