Local hairdresser Janina Evans has become one of Macmillan Cancer Support's 'Brave Shaver's'. Janina shaved all her hair off during a fundraising event at her salon, Janina Louise, Upper Frog Street, Tenby, last week. Janina, who is in training for her second Ironman Wales, has raised over £1,000 with money still being collected. "It was a fantastic night," Janina told us. "It was a bit scary having my head shaved," she continued. "Dave Randall, of Equinox, was the highest bidder with £50 to shave my head, but I was too frightened to look!" Janina set her target at £100, but has far exceeded her initial estimations. "It's been phenomenal. There are more donations still being received and I cannot thank people for their generosity enough."
