Tenby RNLI’s all-weather lifeboat the Haydn Miller is back home after being out of action for a while, and receiving some TLC.

The Haydn Miller became the first production Tamar-class lifeboat in the RNLI fleet when she first came to Tenby in 2006.

With the lifeboat returning to Tenby on January 13, the RNLI shared: “We took our relief lifeboat over to Milford Haven and collected our boat, the Haydn Miller and returned her to Tenby.

“The Haydn Miller has been undergoing maintenance for several months at Mainstay Marine and after being put through her paces during sea trials, was passed fit and ready to return to station.

“It's great to have her back for what promises to be another busy year.”
