THE superb Bridgend based acoustic rock group, The Blims, return to the De Valence, Tenby, tomorrow (Saturday). The four-piece band, probably the best gigging band in Wales at the moment, are highly charged and energetic wherever and whenever they play. They sound like no other band and draw their influence from many artists which makes them impossible to pigeon hole or categorise. The sun, sea and surf inspired original material, taken from their new album 'Tell Everyone', has great catchy choruses that you will be singing along to in no time at all and blends perfectly with the odd crowd pleaser, such as the Kaiser Chiefs 'I Predict a Riot'. The Blims can be likened to a musical thermostat and at the moment they are red hot! Excellent support is also on the agenda from Pembroke's Robbie Price, Pembrokeshire band Sessionhead and Plymouth's Full Speed Alone (FSA for short), who are making a huge name for themselves in both Wales and across the South Coast of England. This gig is a must see, so don't miss it! Tickets £6. Doors open 8.30 pm.
