The best Price makes his mark!

FOR the last four months, customers from the Avenue Social Activity Centre, Greenhill Avenue, Tenby and their Pembroke Dock counterparts from the Anchorage Social Activity Centre have been engaged in an individual short mat bowling challenge. Every Wednesday the competitors have been making their way to St. John's Hall in Pembroke Dock to pit their bowling skills against one another.

On Wednesday, January 22, a presentation day was held honouring the competitors who all played magnificently. The prize that they had all been playing for, however, was the Leonard Trophy for the highest score.

The successful competitor and overall winner was Mr. Mark Price from Tenby, who is pictured above. He was thrilled by his victory and intends to retain his title when the challenge gets underway again in the springtime.
