The Army paid a flying visit to Manorbier VC Primary School - by helicopter.
The Lynx helicopter, from 667 Squadron, Army Air Corps, landed on the playing field and pilots, Sergeant Steve Fenermore and Staff Sergeant Paul Stoneman, talked about the aircraft and answered numerous questions posed by the pupils.
All the children were then able to closely explore the helicopter, some even lucky enough to sit in the pilot's seat.
The visit was arranged between Pembrokeshire County Council cabinet member Clr. Pat Griffiths, who is also chairman of the school governors, and Major Warburton, of the Manorbier Artillery Range.
