Sir,
We have lived in Pembrokeshire for the past two years and are due to leave it shortly to live in the much warmer climes of Kuwait.
We would like to take this opportunity to say a 'big' thank you to all who have made our stay such an enjoyable one. In particular we'd like to mention Sageston Primary School; Carew Methodist Chapel and Sunday School; Carew Play and Learn Playgroup; Pembroke RFC; The Old Kings Arms Hotel in Pembroke; all the staff at Pembroke Learning Centre - special mention for Ruth and Amy, and to Leonora Watkins for her patience in teaching Helen and James to ride.
Also, a final mention to the 'knight in shining armour' who helped me carry some bags of clothes to a charity shop in Tenby - a true gentleman. In fact, Pembrokeshire can give itself a pat on the back for its warmth and friendliness.
We shall all miss Pembrokeshire tremendously and hope to return in the not too distant future.
Ross, Linda, Helen and James Ferguson,
Waters Edge, Carew Lane, Cresselly.
