Married at Our Lady and St. Patrick's Church, Walton Le Dale, were Kate Anne Kendrick, elder daughter of Anne and Martin Kendrick, of Preston, and Hywel Robert Bromby, middle son of Sharan and Phil Bromby, of Tenby.

The bridesmaids were the bride and groom's sisters, Alison Kendrick and Carys Bromby, and flower girls were the groom's nieces, Millie Thomas and Ella Bromby.

Robert Kendrick, bride's brother, was usher, while best men were Thomas and Rhys Bromby, groom's brothers.

During the signing of the register, Carys played Bach's Ave Maria on the violin, accompanied by her brother, Thomas, on guitar.

There were three readings, by Alex Doel, Anna Carpenter and Katie Kendrick, bride's friend, cousin and sister-in-law, respectively.

The wedding breakfast took place in Beaston Manor and was followed by an evening of ceilidh dancing with the folk band Triple Scotch.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Thailand and will continue to live in Cardiff where Kate is a chartered accountant and Hywel is a computer programmer with Lloyds Bank.
