A unanimous vote in favour of retaining and upgrading Withybush Hospital's services was given in Tenby at a meeting last week.
The eighth and final public consultation gathering on the future of Pembrokeshire's acute services was attended by around 120 people.
The show of hands was the same as across the county - in favour of option three which proposes the retention and upgrade of Withybush.
Proposals to replace Withybush with a new 'super hospital' or downgrade services in favour of Carmarthen were rejected.
